Abstract:In order to solve the problem of easy damage and short life of the hydraulic rotary drill for the imported drilling anchor,the structure and the damage cause were analyzed through disassembly.A mathematical model was established for simulation,the easily worn position of the rotating spindle was determined and the strengthening of rotating part of the hydraulic rotary drill was designed.Comparing different types of strengthening methods,the surface spraying wear-resistant ceramic coating technology was selected to strengthen the easily worn parts of the rotating spindle and the water seal form was replaced at the same time.Bench performance tests and downhole installation life tests were performed on the strengthened hydraulic rotary drill to verify the effect of the strengthening.
