Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the full-section ballast cleaning machine’〖KG-*3〗s actuators and hydraulic pipelines spreading all over the body,large hydraulic transmission energy loss,lagging mechanism response,limited installation space and high risk of equipment failure,a design scheme of distributed hydraulic system based on EHA was proposed.Through the analysis of the screening machine system,because the lifting device of the rail lifting system has small power and it is far away from the hydraulic oil source,EHA closed hydraulic system was adopted.According to the working condition of lifting device,the EHA hydraulic system design was completed,the AMESim simulation model was established and analyzed.The simulation results show that the designed hydraulic system runs smoothly as a whole,and the parameters of the system meet the expected requirements.
