Abstract:The working principle and performance characteristics of the full-section rectangular rapid roadheader and mounted roofbolter were introduced on the basis of the industrial test of a coal mine.In order to realize the efficient and safe rapid tunneling of the full-face rectangular rapid roadheader,the hydraulic system of the mounted roofbolter for the integration of excavation and anchor and the parallel operation of excavation and anchor was designed by studying the production process.In the industrial test,the mounted roofbolter completed the support of the entire roadway safely,efficiently and reliably.In view of the complexity and variability of the roadway driving face,the safety operation protection measures of the control system of the mounted roofbolter suitable for the parallel operation of the full-face rectangular roadheader were studied.Emergency switch,protective box,U-shaped lock of valve rod,anti-hanging railing and positioning operating handle could be used in different combinations according to specific conditions.Through the industrial test in a mining area,it is verified that the hydraulic system of the rockbolter is efficient,stable and reliable.Using the safety protection measures of the control system of the mounted roofbolter can effectively avoid the misoperation of the equipment caused by other external factors,playing a safety protection for the operators.
