    摘要:

    针对国内中小型企业普遍采用人工方式对大型工件进行喷涂作业,产品质量难以保证,且生产环境恶劣,危害工人身体健康这一现状,开发一套可拖动示教的自动喷涂系统。阐述由两台拖动示教机器人和一辆移动架车共同作业的自动喷涂系统的硬件布局和运行方式。基于EtherCAT技术,完成机器人控制系统的硬件平台搭建和软件架构设计,实现机器人的拖动示教和轨迹再现功能。结合机器人的运行特点,实现双机器人与移动架车整体的示教和再现功能,设计系统喷涂示教和自动喷涂的运行流程。根据企业的生产需求,搭建一个针对大型浴缸的自动喷涂系统,并投入车间进行喷涂生产。结果表明:该系统性能可靠,喷涂产品质量良好且品质稳定。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the situation that the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises generally use manual to spray large workpieces,which makes it difficult to ensure product quality and makes workers’〖KG-*3〗health endangered by the harsh production environment,a drag teaching automatic spraying system was developed.The hardware layout and operation mode of the automatic spraying system jointly operated by two drag teaching robots and a mobile trolley were described.Based on EtherCAT technology,the hardware platform and software architecture of the robot control system were designed,and the drag teaching and track reproduction functions of the robot were realized.Combined with the running characteristics of the robot,the drag teaching and reproduction functions of a whole composed of dual robots and mobile trolley were realized,and the operation process of spraying teaching and automatic spraying of the system was designed.According to the production demand of the enterprise,an automatic spraying system for large bathtub was built and put into the workshop for spraying production.The results show that the performance of the system is reliable and the quality of spraying products is good and stable.
