Abstract:AMESim simulation software was used to realize the simulation of the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine,and the graphical programming language LabVIEW was used as the tool to build the Web server.The hydraulic system monitoring system was built by the combination of the two,and the real remote monitoring was realized through the internal network penetration technology,by which the problem that the actual maintenance personnel were not on the spot and the maintenance efficiency was low,thus affecting the production progress,was solved.The experimental results show that the performance of the designed remote monitoring system for injection molding machine is reliable and stable,can be unattended.It plays a very positive role in the sale and upgrading of injection molding machine.
