    摘要:

    导轨在水平面内的直线度误差不仅影响工件的加工精度,还可能导致切削力发生变化。针对目前导轨直线度误差主要通过手动计算或者依靠测量仪器出现的测量精度低、计算复杂问题,以数控车床导轨为研究对象,利用图形化编程软件LabVIEW,设计了车床导轨直线度误差分析系统。该系统具有读取测量数据、分析直线度误差、保存计算结果等功能。经验证,该系统运行良好,数据分析速度快、计算结果直观、精度高,实现了导轨直线度误差分析的自动化和可视化。

    Abstract:

    The straightness error of the guide rail in the horizontal plane not only affects the workpiece machining accuracy,but also may lead to the change of cutting force.The current straightness error of guide rail is mainly solved by manual calculation or relying on measuring instruments,with low measurement accuracy and complex calculation.To solve the problem,taking numerical control lathe guide rail as the research object,the graphic programming software LabVIEW was used to design the linearity error analysis system of the lathe guide rail.The system has functions such as reading measurement data,analyzing straightness errors,and saving calculation results.It is proved that the system runs well,with fast data analysis speed,intuitive calculation result and high precision,and the automation and visualization of guide straightness error analysis is realized.
