Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low control freedom,high back pressure and poor flexibility in the hydraulic system of cutting part of roadheader,the independent metering control technology was put forward to control the lifting cylinder of the cutting part,to realize the independent control of the pressure and speed of the lifting cylinder.The independent metering control hydraulic system of cutting part of roadheader was introduced in detail,and the independent control strategy based on two working states of the lifting cylinder was proposed.The mechanical-hydraulic-control co-simulation model of cutting part was built based on AMESim and MATLAB software.Through the step control simulation,sinusoidal control simulation and working condition switching control simulation of the stretching and retracting process of the lifting cylinder,the effectiveness of the independent metering control hydraulic system of the lifting cylinder and its control strategy are verified.
