    摘要:

    为解决曲面显示屏生产过程中曲面玻璃盖板与软性材料贴合的难题,有别于传统的丝印工艺和新兴的黄光蚀刻工艺,提出辊轮滚动贴合工艺,并基于此工艺设计了一款面向曲面显示屏的玻璃盖板贴合装备。为使该装备能达到性能指标需求,重点研究3项关键技术,即CCD视觉自动定位技术、轨迹跟随控制技术和自动控制技术,并对每项技术做详细分析。多款产品试验结果表明:所设计的曲面玻璃盖板贴合装备生产节拍每14.9 s/片,贴合精度在0.05 mm左右(与玻璃盖板形状和大小有关),良品率在97%以上。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of bonding the curved glass cover plate and the soft material in the manufacturing process of curved display screen, which is different from traditional screen printing process and the emerging yellow light etching process, a roller rolling bonding process was proposed.Based on this process,a glass cover laminating equipment was designed for curved display screens.In order to enable the equipment to meet the performance requirements,the involved three key technologies were focused on,including CCD vision automatic positioning technology, trajectory following control technology and automatic control technology,and a detailed analysis for each technology was made.Testsfor a variety of products show that the designed curved glass cover laminating equipment has a production cycle of 14.9 s per piece,with laminating accuracy of about 0.05 mm (related to the shape and size of the glass cover)and a yield rate of more than 97%.
