Abstract:Aiming at the flow mismatch problem of pump controlled EHA asymmetric cylinder, a solution to the imbalance of system flow by using flow matching valve was proposed. By building EHA system AMESim model, the influences of the flow matching valve on the performance of the EHA system under four-quadrant operating conditions and different load conditions were analyzed. Simulation results show under the four-quadrant working condition, the hydraulic cylinder pressure amplitude is generally less than 0.02 MPa,the system operates stably; in the first quadrant, the displacement amplitude of the spool in the flow matching valve fluctuates around 0.3 mm,hydraulic cylinder pressure amplitude is less than 0.01 MPa,load changes have no obvious impact on system stability.Compared with the hydraulic control check valve solution, when the system pressure reaches steady state, the time is decreased by 53.1%,and the pressure loss at the maximum stroke is effectively reduced by 359%.The designed flow matching valve not only solves the problem of unbalanced flow of asymmetric cylinders, but also has reference significance for the optimization design of pumpcontrolled asymmetric hydraulic cylinders EHA.
