Abstract:In view of the time-varying solar azimuth and the dispersion of solar energy, the two-dimensional two axis solar spotlight tracking system was proposed based on hydraulic transmission. The new type of two-stage positioning and tracking sensor combining coarse and fine adjustment was designed, which could be used to track the sunlight signal in a large range by coarse adjustment and accurately collect the sunlight direction by fine adjustment;the microcomputer STM32 was used to control the hydraulic transmission system to search for the sunlight automatically and accurately to ensure that the sunlight vertically irradiated the daylighting board of the mechanical platform;the sunlight was converged into a bright spot of 2 mm by using the Fresnel lens with the diameter of 100 mm,and the light spot was led into a specific area for illumination by using optical fiber,so the goal of natural light illumination was achieved;the multi-sensor data fusion was used to increase the stability and self-protection of the system in external bad weather. The results show that the tracking error of the system is less than 0.1°,and the optical fiber terminal spot is always bright, which meets the development requirements of new energy precise utilization.
