Abstract:In the working process of swashplate axial piston pump,the matching pair of slipper and plunger ball head needs to rotate flexibly,without tightness and block,and has certain pulling off force and rotation swing angle,and the key is the closing process of slipper.The simulation model of the slipper pressing die was established by using DEFORM,the deformation and stress characteristic curves of the slipper skirt belt in the pressing process were analyzed,and the influence laws of the different slip angle of the shoe skirt belt on its closing characteristic were revealed.The results show that the external deflection angle of the slipper skirt has a great influence on the pressing process,taking a F3V112DT pump as an example,the larger the external deflection angle of the slipper skirt is,the more the ball head covering materials are,the greater the pull off force it can bear is;the larger the external deflection angle of the slipper skirt is,the greater the radial clearance of the plunger is;when the external deflection angle is 13.5°~16.0°,the movement characteristics of the plunger slipper pair are better.The research results can provide reference for the intelligent digital design of piston pump slipper pressing process.
