Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high delay in the communication of existing large-scale machinery remote control system,a remote control system based on wireless sensor networks(WSNs)was designed. The system was divided into front-end sensor control part and remote control part;the hardware design included STM32F107 microprocessor,CAN bus, wireless communication module, information acquisition module, power management module;in the main control program and software algorithm design,a hybrid resource scheduling mechanism was adopted to dynamically adjust the window data and message cycle to reduce the network system delay and overall packet loss rate. The test results show that the performance of the proposed monitoring system is good, and the overall response time of the system in communication is shorter.
