Abstract:The pressure compensation valve is a key element in load sensitive hydraulic system, which adjusts the flow rate by compensating the pressure difference before and after the valve, thus causing a certain energy loss, reducing the efficiency of the system and greatly reducing the performance and life of the components. In view of this, a load sensitive hydraulic system with compensation behind energy saving valve was proposed, which could reduced the compensating pressure difference by means of series hydraulic resistance partial pressure. AMESim simulation software was used to established the simulation model and the simulation analysis was carried out. The results show that under the same working conditions, the improved load sensitive system can reduce the energy loss of the pressure compensation valve and improve the performance and service life of the system and components. The results provides reference for the optimal design of the load sensitive hydraulic system with compensation behind the valve.
