Abstract:In order to get a better position control accuracy of the electrohydraulic position servo system, a control method of the electrohydraulic position servo system based on intelligent switch control strategy was designed. The structure of electrohydraulic position servo system was analyzed and its mathematical model was built. Based on the pressure action of hydraulic cylinder, the motion equation of hydraulic position servo system was obtained. On the basis of particle swarm optimization algorithm, with the help of the global characteristics of bacteria foraging algorithm, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was improved to overcome the shortcomings that the particle swarm optimization algorithm was easy to fall into local optimum, so an intelligent controller was formed. Based on the intelligent controller, the intelligent switch control strategy was established to control the system in real time and accurately. The experimental results show that the control accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 2844% and 2866% respectively when tracking sinusoidal and irregular target positions compared with the sliding mode control strategy, which verifies that the proposed method has better position control accuracy and can provide guarantee for the improvement of manufacturing efficiency.
