Abstract:In the process of mechanical processing, there is a large number of metal scraps. In order to better achieve the recovery and reuse of metal scraps, a set of hydraulic system was designed for metal scraps suppression to press the metal scraps into a certain specification of metal blocks, easy to collect and transport. The threedimensional visual design method was adopted to optimize the layout of the internal orifice of the hydraulic integrated block to minimize its volume and reduce the assembly space of the valve group; the reasonable hydraulic schematic diagram was worked out, and the hydraulic component selection and relevant parameter calculation were conducted; the hydraulic system performance was tested, and the overall structure design of the hydraulic pump station was completed. The hydraulic system is simple in principle, low in design cost, and flexible and convenient in use. The research results provide reference for the development of metal scraps recovery equipment.
