Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty of precision microhole processing and quality assurance,a microhole machining quality control model was proposed,and how to guarantee the quality of precision microhole machining was analyzed from five aspects,such as operators,machine tools,production materials,processing environment and quality measurement.By analyzing the processing cases,the reliability of the high speed drilling scheme was verified from the aspects of project implementation process,process specifications,software end process design and cutting temperature control.The research results provide reference for precision microporous manufacturing.
