Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the surface quality inspection of cut glass is mainly artificial and the efficiency is low in the process of processing profiled glass,a set of full-scale inspection equipment for profiled glass surface quality based on image recognition was designed.The overall design scheme,the structure composition,the visual system function and the control flow of the profiled glass AOI inspection system were given.When the equipment was used for inspection,the upper and lower surfaces of the glass were detected first,and then the left and right edges and short edges were inspected.The continuous rhythm was fast,the accuracy was high,the stability was high,and the working efficiency was improved.The linear array camera recognition system was used for automatic inspection,the full-scale inspection efficiency of the surface and edge of profiled glass were improved,and the labor cost was reduced.
