Abstract:In order to mine the data of SCADA system in the westeast gas transmission project,a datadriven intelligent diagnosis system of air compressor cluster was proposed.The diagnostic system was composed of related hardware and software,SCADA network,neural network algorithm and manmachine interface,by which realtime remote centralized monitoring could be realized.On this basis,the artificial intelligence technology was used to mine the big data of the air compressor operation to achieve the comprehensive alarm,fault diagnosis and performance prediction of the air compressor,which had obvious guiding significance for the scientific management of the air compressor.The operation results show that the system meets the requirements of intelligent fault diagnosis for the air compressor,and provides guidance for the upgrade and reconstruction of traditional diagnostic system.In the future,this system can be included in the pipeline equipment management system as an air compressor management subsystem,which is of great significance for the construction of smart pipelines in China.
