Abstract:The user operation interface was developed through Microsoft Visual C++ operation platform, the position and speed control were achieved by using PLC, the online detection was realized by using Kalman filter algorithm, and then the automatic cutting machine for bellows of automobile wiring harness was developed. The automatic cutting machine can realize the automation of feeding, cutting and detecting, and the positioning is accurate and the locking is fast. Electronic control part can be used to adjust the position of the moving parts of the bellows cutting machine, and the detection part can be used to detect the peak position of the bellows by using image acquisition and feature extraction. The result shows that the developed bellows cutting machine is an stable and efficient automatic machining equipment which can be used to cut to the peak position.
