Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration of the inpipe intelligent plugging device, three foldable spoilers were designed at the end of the plugging device to reduce the pressure and vorticity of the flow field in the pipe, so as to reduce the impact of the fluid on the plugging device. However, the angles of the spoilers had a great influence on the vibration reduction effect, so the motion of the spoilers needed to be controlled so that it flipped to a specified angle to achieve the best vibration damping effect. A pneumatic control system was designed, its model was established, and the fuzzy PID control method was selected to control the displacement of the system, and then the flipping angles of the spoilers were controlled. At the same time, the motion speed of the system was controlled, and the turning angular velocity of the spoilers were adjusted indirectly, so that the turning speed of the spoilers tended to be stable, and the change of the flow field due to the speed fluctuation was avoided. The simulation results show that the designed controller can be used to effectively control the spoiler flipping angles and angular velocity. It meets the actual engineering needs.
