Abstract:Taking the bottom sprayhead of a certain type of mold release agent spraying robot in automobile parts diecasting enterprise as the research object, the finite element simulation was used to analyze the thermal characteristics of bottom sprayhead in several diecasting cycle time, and the transient temperature field of the model was obtained. Then, the infrared thermal imager was used to record the internal temperature characteristic data of the die casting machine within 400 production cycles, and the thermal imager temperature data were filtered and processed, the maximum mean relative error between finite element simulation results and experimental results was 4.74%.Based on the experimental data and finite element temperature field, it can be concluded that:in the whole diecasting production, the bottom sprayhead is in the periodic cold and hot cycle; the maximum temperature difference on the surface of the bottom sprayhead is 9.8 ℃, the maximum deformation of the nozzle panel is 0.083 6 mm, and the minimum deformation is 0.028 9 mm, there is a tendency to heat fatigue for the panel of the bottom sprayhead.
