Abstract:In order to effectively deal with the emergencies in subway station, the subway station emergencies are classified from five aspects: personnel, goods, equipment, operation management and environment. Considering the functional characteristics of traditional monitoring system and intelligent security system, a threetier architecture model for early warning and control of emergencies is constructed from bottom to top: data perception, analysis and judgment, command and decisionmaking. Data perception layer collects all kinds of data by various perception means. Analysis and judgment layer uses intuitionistic fuzzy theory to analyze and fuse data. Command and decisionmaking layer builds objective function of emergency plan selection based on early warning effectiveness and control effectiveness. When the function value reaches and stabilizes the interval value of emergency plan which is set in advance, the model automatically searches and implements the corresponding plan. Finally, taking the subway station fire as an example, the process of early warning and control of emergencies is clarified, which provides new ways and methods for timely and effective response to the subway station emergencies.
