Abstract:In order to use the experimental box to test whether it can achieve the output of high torque by improving the transmission performance of the large torque type variable transmission, first, a new type of hydraulic control system that satisfies the requirement of high torque transmission was designed. Second, the transfer function block diagram method was used to set up the mathematical model of hydraulic control system. Finally, a simulation analysis was proceeded using MATLAB. The simulation results show that the system rise time is 0.0466s, the adjustment time is 0.108s, overshoot volume is almost zero, and proportional valve can quickly respond and accurately reach the specified value, all indicating that the validity and feasibility of the designed hydraulic control system. This study provides certain reference for the research of high torque continuously variable transmission.
