Abstract:In order to realize the adaptive control of active suspension, the dynamic model of valvecontrolled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder is added to the 7DOF active suspension model of the vehicle, and the dynamic analysis is carried out. Aiming at the premature and low efficiency of particle swarm optimization (PSO), an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters of the fuzzy PID controller. At the same time, the ride comfort of vehicle is simulated and analyzed by using AMESim and MATLAB software with Blevel simulated road as input. The results show that the model can truly reflect the movement process of suspension system. The proposed control strategy can effectively reduce the influence of road surface on vehicle body vertical vibration, pitch, roll and other performance indicators, and it could improve vehicle ride comfort and handling stability as well.
