In order to analysis loading capacity of Hyper-static Hydraulic Support, through research in both aspects of mechanical structure and hydraulic system, the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation method is used based on AMESim and ADAMS. Firstly the Dynamic model of the hydraulic support was established in ADAMS, and the module interface was exported. Then the co-simulation model of the hydraulic support was established in AMESim. The various working condition of Hyper-static Hydraulic Support was simulated respectively. The analysis results indicate that Hyper-static Hydraulic Support can resist different working conditions loading no matter from its mechanical structure and hydraulic system, and satisfy the requirement of coal mine.
