The air cooling heat dissipation device commonly used in hydraulic profile control injection pump has some disadvantages such as poor heat dissipation effect. An oil-cooled heat dissipating device is designed by structurally modifying the heat dissipating device of the hydraulic profile control injection pump. The variation of the oil temperature and total heat transfer coefficient of the equipment was studied experimentally. The results show that the heat dissipation effect of the oil-cooled heat sink is obviously better than that of the air cooling heat dissipation device. Through the actual application in manufacturing achieved better results,it will have a good development prospect and promotion value.
