A new method is proposed to achieve a lowered viscoelastic epoxy and smooth dispensing by using ultrasound. In order to obtain a better process parameters, different factors of the ultrasonic process,including power,ultrasonic frequency, processing time, were studied in this paper. Dispensing situation and droplet diameter were compared and analyzed before and after experimentation. Dispensing consistency was increased significantly and fluid viscoelasticity decreased significantly after processing. It is obvious that ultrasonic treatment has the effect of reducing the viscosity of the mixed glue and achieve a smooth dispensing.
