Two schemes of hydraulic system were proposed in view of the factors that affected the oil temperature of hydraulic system of antikink system. A thermodynamic simulation model was established based on AMESim. The temperature rise of the hydraulic oil is 0105 ℃ in one turn of the tram through the simulation and comparison of the two programs. The temperature rise of the oil rises to 7875 ℃ when the tram runs for one day ignoring external heat exchange. The two programs satisfy the hydraulic system cooling requirements without increasing cooling system.
