Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of the radio power transmission system for ultrasonic vibration grinding, the original edge matching capacitor, the different distance between the original/side, the axial force, the number of turns, wire diameter and so on are studied. The experimental results show that the larger the original parallel capacitor value, the greater is the current in the circuit. With the increase of the distance between the original/side and the current in the circuit, the current first decreases, then the current is unchanged basically, and then the trend of the current is decreased. The greater the axial force, the greater is the current in the circuit. The larger the number of turns, the smaller is the current. Under the same conditions, the smaller the diameter of the coil conductor, the greater the current is in the circuit. The study results play a guiding role in the practical application of production.
