A set of electrohydraulic proportional overflow valve loading system was built by use of electrohydraulic proportional pressureflow control experiment platform. According to the laws of physics and regular followed by system, mechanism modeling method was adopted to establish the parameters model of the system transfer function. The order of the system mathematical model was determined based on the implementing of the dynamic testing and the analyzing of the experimental data. The parameter model identification respectively for the system were carried out by using ARMAX model and transfer function model, and the residual correlation was analyzed. Finally, through the comparison and analysis of the two kinds of identification model, the result shows that the mathematical model of the system is accurate and reliable, so that the input signal can accurately control the output torque.
