Abstract:In order to support virtual computer numercial control (CNC) machine tools, such as postprocessing, machining simulation, parameters testing and dynamics analysis of cutting process, its parameterized kinematics model was established. The full parameterized kinematics mathematical model of fiveaxis CNC machine tools with dual rotary table was derived with using of modified DenavitHartenberg method. The kinematics variables of rotary and slide axes were solved based on inverse kinematics algorithm, the data conversion between cutter locus and movement coordinate of machine tool was realized, that was the postprocessing. An example of CNC machining of the blade of winddriven generator is given to validate the integrated model of correctness and generality.
