Abstract:In order to solve the problem of automatic ultrasonic hot drill head sent manipulator of large vibration, strong shock, speed unable controlled, and poor stability, optimized design of a set based on the crank swing block type automatic drilling manipulator mechanism was carried out. ADAMS software was applied in a developed full automatic ultrasonic hot drill head sent manipulator, kinematics modeling and simulation analysis were carried to obtain the changes of displacement, velocity and acceleration in each period of time, and the automatic drill sent manipulator mechanism were analyzed to assess the rationality and reliability of this institution. The results show that, on the premise of assuring performance, it can control vibration, shock, speed and stability in a reasonable change scope. Moreover with the period increasing, change is more and more ideal, and can satisfy the needs of hot drill sent.
