Abstract:Based on the analysis of process of glass engraving machine, the hardware platform of controller, with the embedded microprocessor ARM and FPGA as core architecture, for the glass engraving machine was studied, and the software platform with realtime operating system (OS) based on Linux and Xenomai as software architecture. Related function modules were studied, and the design and development of Glass Engraving Machine were finished according to the requirements of glass engraving on synchronous control, error compensation and processing.
