A model of ball screw assembly parts system was established by using threedimensional modeling software Pro/E,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the ball screw pair simulation system was carried out by ADAMS.The force curve graph between the balls was drawed.The change table of line speed and the spin speed of the ball was drawed. The results show that the collision between balls is more intense than in the reverse process in the roller, and the spin speed changing of the ball is more intense than the dramatic changes in line speed. At the same time, it proves that the change of the spin speed and the linear speed of the ball in the rolling track is more severe than that in the reverse process. The simulation results confirm the validity of the simulation model, it can provide technical support both to improve the performance of ball screw and to improve fluency.
