Abstract:A green clamping device based on integrative technology of mechanicselectronicshydraulics was presented, which was consisting of a slide screw rod, mechanical toggle force amplifier, servo motor and hydraulic cylinder. Its working principle was analyzed, and corresponding mechanics calculation formula was given. Servo motor was worked as the driving mechanism in the clamping device. By taking advantage of the amplification function of mechanical toggle force amplifier and the selflocking function of sliding screw, the hydraulic oil closed in hydraulic cylinder can push the piston rod to carry out clamping action. The clamping device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, accurate, low energy consumption, good clamping effect, which is a green fixture of environmental protection.
