Abstract:Combining with actual situation of production and processing, the original machine tool control system defects were analyzed. According to the needs of users, a high automatic control and detection scheme was presented. The system was mainly composed by PLC, touch screen, inverter, servo drives, and the stepless speed regulation of spindle and tool feed speed, feed depth arbitrary control could be realized, so flexibility of the machining process could be ensured to the maximum extent. At the same time, cutting parameter monitoring function could be used to improve machining precision and efficiency, to ensure the machining quality, reduce waste product rate.
