Abstract:To improve the accuracy of the test sensor, against the “inverse process” occurred during loading and unloading for static weight force benchmark machine, with an independent smooth loading and unloading functions as the basis, an independent smooth loading and unloading process static analysis was done, the mathematical model of the independent smooth loading and unloading method was established, and simulation experiments were conducted for the independent smooth unloading method. The feasibility of the independent smooth unloading method for the static weight force benchmark machine was identified. The correctness of the basis unloading machine independent smoothing methods and theories were verified by simulation. Through actual application, the method is proved to achieve a smooth loading and unloading process, and the retrace problem occurring in independent smooth loading and unloading process is solved effectively.
