Fuel static experiment comprehensive platform is a new test equipment, specially designed for testing performance of the combination valve and the independent valve. Aiming at the basic technical requirements, the principle diagram of hydraulic control system, hardware composition block diagram of electrical control system and work flow chart of software system for this comprehensive platform were given. The emphases and difficulties encountered in the developing were introduced in detail. The correctness of the design was verified at last.
