After performance test of power steering gear, hydraulic oil in which should be cleared as required,so a special oil discharge device was developed for this purpose.To discharge residual oil more effectively,through orthogonal test,the main parameters of automotive power steering oil discharge device including the inlet pressure of injector, the oil discharge process intermittent injection or not and steering export position were optimized, to determine the optimal decision, making oil discharge effect optimal. 
