    摘要:

    设计一套高精度搅拌摩擦焊焊接力监测系统。以应变式测力传感器、数据采集卡和计算机为焊接力监测系统主要硬件,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,结合信号处理方法开发了焊接力监测系统软件,并应用系统进行了焊接力监测实验。该系统具有多通道数据采集、数据处理、实时显示和数据存储等功能。详细介绍了系统总成及系统的软件设计和信号处理方法,并通过焊接实验验证了该系统的高精度及可靠性,为优化焊接工艺和提高焊接质量提供工程实验支撑。

    Abstract:

    A set of high-precision friction stir welding force monitoring system was designed. The system’s main hardwares were strain force sensor, data acquisition card and computer. On this basis, the welding force monitoring system software was developed combined with signal processing methods based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, and the experiments of monitoring welding force was done. The system’s functions included multi-channel data acquisition, data processing, real time display and data storage. The overall structure of this system and system’s software and signal processing method were described in detailed. Finally, the accuracy and reliability of the system were verified by welding experiments. It provides a support of engineering experiments for optimizing welding process and improving the quality of welding.
