Abstract:Taking the single-pole operating system of the hydraulic excavator as the study object, from the point of simplifying the excavator operation, the system components were analyzed to determine the system’s hardware architecture & software design, and the sampling period was chosen reasonably, the main control method was determined, the control chart & flowchart of the operating system were prepared, and a series of anti-jamming measures were adopted. It provides a new possibility for simplifying the operation of the hydraulic excavator.
