    摘要:

    为实现对关注对象的条码进行识别并传输到计算机,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的多工位条码扫描系统。该系统以虚拟仪器技术为核心,配置高性能条码扫描枪,通过RS232数据传输线实现PC机与外部设备的通信。在虚拟仪器开发平台下,充分利用LabVIEW软件编程周期短、成本低、图形编程的特点,针对实际应用需要,采用LabVIEW编写程序,实现了主机与扫描条码的通信和多工位显示功能。经测试,该系统能对条码扫描枪扫描的条码进行读取,而且能多工位显示,具有测试速度快、操作灵活的特点。实现了LabVIEW程序与条码扫描枪的数据通信,为软件控制外部设备提供了新的方法。

    Abstract:

    To achieve focus bar codes to be identified and transferred to the computer, a multi-position bar code scanning system was designed based on virtual instrument technology. Taking virtual instrument as the core, the system was configured with high performance bar code scanner and communication between PC and an external device was achieved by RS232 data transmission lines. Based on the virtual instrument development platform, using short period, low cost, graphics programming features of the LabVIEW programming, aiming at the practical application need, LabVIEW program was implemented to realize the communication between host and scaned bar codes and multi position display function. Testing shows the system can read bar codes from bar code scanner and multi-station appear them; this system has the characteristics of high test speed, flexible operation. Data communication between LabVIEW program and bar code scanner is implemented. It provides a new way to control external devices through software.
