    摘要:

    集装箱木地板的安装主要由工人手工划线、钻孔、锁钉来完成,因此会造成集装箱产品质量不高、生产效率低等问题。介绍一钻孔专机,解决了生产中的关键问题。介绍了该专机的结构及定位原理,给出了控制系统的硬件结构,绘制了流程图。实践证明:该专机既降低了操作人员的劳动强度,又提高了生产效率,使钻孔的位置更加准确,从而提高了集装箱地板的装配质量,同时降低了集装箱的生产成本,提高了企业的经济效益。

    Abstract:

    Because the container wood floor installation is mainly finished depending on workers manual marking, drilling, locking, the questions come up such as low product quality and production efficiency. A special drilling machine which was used to solve the key problems in production was introduced. Its structure and positioning principle were introduced, PLC control system structure was given and PLC main program function block diagram was drawn. The practice has proved that the special machine not only reduces the labor intensity of operators, but also improves the production efficiency, the location of the drill is more accurate. Thus the quality of the container floor assembly is improved, and the production cost of container is reduced, at the same time the economic benefit of enterprise is improved.
