Abstract:Residence built with wood has good anti-seismic performance and poor fireproofing performance. So interior decoration with good fireproofing performance is needed. The mounting compound machine for flame retardant ring of fireproofing board was designed to make new type of fireproofing decorative board. The fireproofing decorative board was positioned in the working table of 2 axes linkage motion. Automatic drilling was done by the multi-shaft drilling machine and the flame retardant ring blank was fed automatically and cut into required length by flying knifes. Falling into a groove in the feeding pallet, the flame retardant rings were taken to the mounting position in X axis displacement precisely. The flame retardant rings were pressed into the stair holes by punch pins. The entire flame retardant rings were mounted through linkage of pallet and table. In the machine, drilling, cutting and mounting of the flame retardant ring can be finished. It has advantages of higher degree of automation and higher work efficiency. However, due to the linkage of multiple components and complex mechanical structure, optimization of the structure is still needed so as to reduce the cost and improve the working reliability.
