Using MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) which was supported by VC++ 6.0 to further development in order to fulfill the fairly accurate orientation and motion control demands, a comparatively universal motion control system was founded in the AC servo system based on PCI1010 motion control card. Meanwhile, the hardware and transmission of the system were analyzed and designed. Successfully debugging and running in the enterprise proves that the system achieves the requests of the plume pipe rack's motion and accurate orientation, and the demands of accuracy, stability and easy maneuverability.
