Abstract:For the serious waste of pump power in holding pressure stage in the CNC hydraulic station which produced by a hydraulic factory, a scheme was proposed that SRM was used to drive the hydraulic station.The switched reluctance motor drive system was designed, with TMS320LF2407A(DSP for high-performance motor control, made in TI Co.,)as core controller.By the integrated design with switched reluctance motor, power converter and power converter main switch device driver, position detection and current sensing, display of speed and overcurrent and overheating protection, we optimize circuit structure and control parameters and realize adaptive flow control in the holding pressure, more energy-efficiency of the entire hydraulic system was realized.
